The 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms makes this house perfect for large groups or multiple families that like to have their own separate spaces.

The Salty Dolphin is one of the most luxurious beach house rentals within yards of the pier. After undergoing a six month renovation, no steps were skipped in making this house the go to destination for your vacation. All new furniture, kitchen tile and paint are just some of the things that were done on the inside. The Sandcastle is one of the largest houses on the Garden City Beach peninsula. Equipped with an elevator, inground heated pool and 5500 sq ft of space inside the house, you'll understand how this beauty got its name. There are two living rooms in the house and 6 bedrooms total, each having a bathroom attached to it.

The best possible description for this amazing house is in it's name. Palazzo, Italian for palace and 360 for it's rooftop views. Situated mid peninsula in Garden City Beach, Palazzo 360 has everything anyone could want for their vacation getaway. Located within walking distance to the beach, Palazzo 360 has something for every group. Outdoor bar for the adults, private poolside playground for the kids and a pool for everyone!
There are 5 bedrooms total, each floor having a master bedroom. The living room and the sunroom both have sleeper sofas and there's also a sleeper sofa in the 1st floor master for those guests that may want to keep their small children nearby.
Travel up the outside decks until you reach the amazing rooftop deck where you'll be able to see the beach and ocean to the east, the marsh walk to the west, Myrtle Beach to the north and Pawleys island to the south. Make sure you catch at least one sunrise and one sunset and don't forget to take a look at the night sky for the best star gazing imaginable!

Pirates Cove and Mermaids Haven are luxury beach rentals that sit right on the beach just steps from the Garden City Beach pier. This gorgeous Duplex has 2 separate sides that both have 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Each unit sleeps 14 guests for a total of 28.
The bed configuration for each side is the following:
Sleeping accommodations include two king, two queen-sized beds, and two twin-over-double bunk bed sets.
There are adjoining doors to connect both houses from the inside and from the rear decks.
Outside you'll find an oceanfront covered porch furnished with rocking chairs, ocean side sun deck, and covered parking on both sides. Guests can choose to book just one side or both for their vacation.

Beach Mountain is the perfect vacation getaway for family and friends! The house has 5 bedrooms, each with a deck access. The backyard area is where everyone is going to want to relax in the heated pool or the hot tub for quality vacation time with their group! The beach access is only a 2 minute walk from the house so no need to worry about driving to the ocean! This beautiful, classic, 4 bedroom/2 bathroom beach house, which has just been totally remodeled, is only 3 houses away from the Yucca Ave. beach access on the Garden City peninsula. Staying here gives you ocean and marsh views from both the front deck and the upper rear deck. The house is a short 3 blocks away from the Garden City pier and all the stores.

This beautiful vintage beach house, which has just been upgraded, is a block and a half from the beach in Garden City. This gorgeous property sits next to tidal water that connects to the marsh. There's a mini pier along the water that you can fish from or just hang out on and watch the turtles!
